The gym's change rooms will undergo refurbishment starting from Monday 17th April, 2023. Our aim is to enhance your overall gym experience and create a more comfortable and welcoming environment for everyone. 

*Note, the male change rooms have now been completed and reopened for use.

We understand the significance of the change room in your gym experience, and we want to ensure it meets our members expectations and needs. During the refurbishment, we will strive to minimise disruptions to your workouts. We will install new lockers, benches, shower facilities, fresh paint and new lighting, ensuring you get the best possible experience at our gym.
 

Please note, there will be some temporary changes to access and amenities during this period and we kindly request your patience and understanding as we strive to make these improvements. Following the recent refurbishment of the male change rooms, our female change rooms will now undergo refurbishment starting from Monday, 26th June, 2023.

We are committed to providing alternate options for female patrons during the refurbishment which involves removing access to the female change rooms.
Female patrons can utilise facilities located in the accessible toilets outside Fresh Cafe.
