Class Descriptions

Ab Blaster (30 mins):
Strengthen & sculpt your abs hips & back while challenging your balance & coordination. Great for beginners to advanced. 

ABLE & STABLE (30/45 mins):
A safe gentle exercise program for people who are not quite at the Gentle exercise stage. The exercises are performed while seated in chairs or standing, focusing on balance/strength and general well-being.

Aqua Fit (45 mins):
A challenging workout for intermediate to advanced participants. A high intensity class using a variety of equipment.

Aqua Tabata (45 mins):
A format of 20 seconds work / 10 seconds rest suitable for all levels of fitness.

BODYPUMP® (60 mins):
Is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like Squats, Presses, Lifts and Curls. 

CARDIOBLAST (60 mins):
A fun energetic cardio workout where WOD uses a variety of training styles and equipment. Suitable for all fitness levels.

CROSS TRAINER (45 mins):
A mix of cardio and strength exercises to build fitness, endurance and confidence suitable for beginners to intermediate.

CYCLE (45 mins):
Expect a mix of climbs, flats, intervals and sprints as you ride to the high-energy music that builds cardio-fitness, strength and endurance. Then cool down to the mellow and soft sounds of the latest hip hop and pop ballads. Suitable for all fitness levels.

GENTLE (30/45 mins):
A very low impact class for the Active Over 50’s, or for those returning to structured exercise.

RPM™ (45 mins):
is the indoor cycling routine workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. 

TABATA (30/45 mins):
Interval training based on the time principle of 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off for 4 minutes per exercise. Tabata is one of the best ways to get fit & lose fat fast!

 

KICK BOX (60 mins):
Uses the freestanding punching bags for punching & kicking combinations. No partner work required. Bring your gloves!

YOGA (60 mins):
An ancient discipline using physical movement, breath & concentration. Yoga brings physical, mental & emotional balance & improves overall well-being. suit all levels of fitness/flexibility. A medium-paced class may involve familiar Yoga postures, a breath series and meditation to loosen & tone the body & quieten the mind. Expect to feel calm and energised at the end of a class.

PILATES (45/60 mins):
Designed to increase your flexibility, improve you muscle definition and posture.

ZUMBA (50 mins):
will work your body from head to toe with exhilarating workouts of exotic rhythms of salsa, cuba, samba, merengue & more.

H.I.T.45/H.I.T.60 (45/60 mins):
High Intensity Training - this class is designed for those who want to maximise their fitness gains. Weights and intensity will be modified according to your ability. Medium to advanced level.

LES MILLS GRIT ™:
Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises.

SCUPLT45 (45 mins):
A mix of core, step and strength exercises with weekly workout variations. Suitable for all fitness levels.

HBT (45 mins):
A targeted lower bod workout to strengthen and tone hips, glutes, thighs and cores. Weekly variations keep every class fresh and challenging.

TAI CHI (60 mins):
Gentle movements to improve balance, flexibility, and wellbeing. Suitable for all fitness levels.

SPIN XPRESS (30 mins):
A fast-paced workout designed to improve fitness, endurance and calorie burn. 

SPIN & TONE (45 mins):
A fun music-driven cycling class utilising light weights for upper body toning. improve fitness, strength, and endurance while riding to the beats of Ampiano, Afro-House, Pop, Reggaeton & global dance music.
